Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@tanclothing.com or through our “Contact Us” form, specifying your order number.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In the case of a purchase with free shipping (due to a promotional codes or offers) any return is at the expenses of the buyer and will follow the shipping cost depending on your location (6/12/21/39euros).

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us and we will provide you with the shipping instructions and the next steps to complete the exchange.

Please note that return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
